Allison’s approach is warm, thoughtful, and engaged. She works from a psychodynamic perspective, providing a safe and supportive space for clients to examine unexplored aspects of their inner experience, uncover what may be driving current struggles, and open new pathways for connection and wellbeing. Allison also draws upon her extensive training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help individuals develop practical tools to feel more empowered, satisfied, and fulfilled.

Allison welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and collaborates with each client to develop a treatment that fits their unique goals and needs. She is committed to providing evidence-based care that fosters self-understanding and supports lasting, meaningful change.
